  • You shall not reproduce, copy, distribute or exploit our materials for other projects or third parties without our written permission.

7. Changes & Cancellations

  • You may request changes to the scope of Services; such changes may affect cost and timeline.

  • If you cancel a project after it has commenced, you may be liable for work done, costs incurred and any non-refundable commitments we have made.

  • We may also terminate the engagement if you breach these Terms; you will remain liable for work done until termination.

8. Site Works, Installation & Delivery

  • If Services involve furniture, fixtures, installation or site works, these may be subject to third-party suppliers, delivery dates, access, weather, etc. We will use reasonable endeavours to meet timelines but cannot guarantee them.

  • Risk and responsibility for materials may pass to you upon delivery/installation as per the separate contract.

9. Warranties & Liability

  • We endeavour to provide professional and high-quality Services. However, we provide the Services “as-is” and make no additional warranties except those explicitly stated in the contract.

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect, incidental or consequential damages (such as loss of profits or loss of use).

  • Our total liability in relation to your use of Services or the Site shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us under the specific engagement.
